How it works
How it works – from the phone call to the handover
Three steps, the same for one car and for a fleet. We agree the terms of a business agreement by phone before we deliver the first car.
01Phone call or online booking
Tell us when and for how long. We pick a model from those available, give you the price for the whole rental and send a confirmation.
02Pick-up or delivery
The car waits for you in Gdynia at Krzywoustego 4, or we deliver it to an address of your choice in the Tricity, to the airport or to the Stena Line terminal.
03Agreement and handover report
Driving licence, a second document, a check of the car and a signature. Up to 15 minutes. The deposit can also be left in cash, with no hold on your card.

Frequently asked questions
Business rental – questions and answers
How is long-term rental different from leasing?
You pay a fixed monthly rate for using the car, and servicing and maintenance are on our side. No commitment for years and no credit check. A long-term rent-to-own option is also available.
Will I get a VAT invoice and how does payment work?
Yes, we issue a VAT invoice for every rental, and the prices shown already include VAT. For rentals shorter than two weeks, the rental fee is paid in advance, on the day the agreement is signed. For longer agreements we settle monthly, by the 10th of each month, on the basis of an invoice.
Can I rent a car without a credit check?
Yes. We do not check your creditworthiness or debts in national databases such as BIK. You can rent a car regardless of your credit history. This is one of the differences between renting and leasing or a loan, where such checks are standard.
How many cars can one company rent?
We agree the number of vehicles and the rental period individually. Our fleet has more than 100 cars and 9-seater minibuses, so for a larger order we confirm availability and the delivery date by phone before signing the agreement.
Can I extend the rental, and what happens if I return the car late?
Please let us know that you intend to extend or shorten the rental no later than 48 hours before the end of the agreement. A text message or email from the number or address given in the agreement is enough. Returning the car up to 2 hours late does not incur any additional charge. Beyond 2 hours we charge another day of rental, so it is worth letting us know about any delay in advance.
