Clear rules

Before renting a car

Who can rent a car

At our rental company, anyone over 21 who has held a driving licence for at least 2 years can rent a car. Bookings are made by phone or by email. All documents are signed when the car is picked up. We hand over the car fully fuelled and ready to drive. The car must be returned clean and with as much fuel as when it was picked up.

What is a deposit

A deposit is a cash security for the duration of the rental. It secures the return of the car in proper condition, fuelled and at the agreed time. It is a standard form of security at practically every rental company.

A simple price list

The rental price is the number of rental days x the daily rate according to the price list on the website. Any additional charges are shown in the booking section or given by phone. We hide nothing and apply clear rules. That is why nothing will surprise you when you pay.

Mileage limit

Every car has a certain number of kilometres included in the daily rental price. We calculate the allowance for the whole rental period as follows: number of rental days x the allowance for the car = number of kilometres for the whole rental period. Once the allowance is exceeded, further kilometres are charged extra.

Rental Terms and Conditions

Frequently asked questions

Questions and answers – FAQ

Can I rent a car without a credit check?

Yes. We do not check your creditworthiness or debts in national databases such as BIK. You can rent a car regardless of your credit history. This is one of the differences between renting and leasing or a loan, where such checks are standard.

How much does it cost to rent a car or a minibus?

Car rental starts from 80 PLN per day, and a 9-seater minibus from 190 PLN per day. The longer the rental period, the lower the rate for each day, and for rentals of 31 days or more the rate is negotiable. You will find the exact price for each model in the price list under Cars. The rates shown include VAT.

What deposit do I need to pay when renting a car?

The deposit is 1,000 PLN for most vehicles in the fleet, 2,000 PLN for minibuses and the Volkswagen Tiguan, and 4,000 PLN for the Volkswagen Touareg and the BMW X3 M40i. The amount for a specific car is shown on its card in the price list. If the driver is under 25, the deposit may be twice as high. It can also be paid in cash; we do not require a credit card. A deposit paid by card or bank transfer is refunded within 7 days of returning the car and signing the handover report without remarks.

Do I need a category D driving licence to rent a 9-seater minibus?

No, an ordinary category B driving licence is enough. Our minibuses have a maximum permissible weight of up to 3.5 tonnes, so they do not require category D or any additional qualifications. It is a convenient solution when you need to transport a larger group in one vehicle.

Who can rent a car and what documents are needed?

Anyone who is at least 21 years old and has held a driving licence for at least 2 years can rent a car. To sign the agreement you need your driving licence and a second identity document, i.e. an ID card or passport. We do not check your creditworthiness or debtor databases.

Are the cars insured and what is the excess in the event of damage?

Every car has OC (third-party liability) and AC (comprehensive) insurance included in the rental price. On request, for an extra charge, this can be extended with additional CDW or LDW cover. For damage covered by the policy, the excess is 2,000 PLN net for partial damage and 4,000 PLN net for a total loss or theft.

How much fuel should the car have when I return it?

The car is returned with the same fuel level as when it was handed over. If there is less fuel, we charge twice the value of the missing amount. The simplest way is to fill up to the same level just before returning it.

Can an additional driver drive the rented car?

Yes, the car may be driven by a person named in the agreement or a person authorised in writing by the renter. Every driver must meet the same conditions: be at least 21 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 2 years. Simply give us the additional driver's details when signing the agreement.

Can I extend the rental, and what happens if I return the car late?

Please let us know that you intend to extend or shorten the rental no later than 48 hours before the end of the agreement. A text message or email from the number or address given in the agreement is enough. Returning the car up to 2 hours late does not incur any additional charge. Beyond 2 hours we charge another day of rental, so it is worth letting us know about any delay in advance.

Can I take the rented car abroad?

Travelling abroad is possible, but it requires our prior written consent. Please tell us about your planned trip before you set off, so that we can prepare the necessary documents and, if needed, a Green Card. Destinations outside the European Union are agreed individually for each route.

Will I get a VAT invoice and how does payment work?

Yes, we issue a VAT invoice for every rental, and the prices shown already include VAT. For rentals shorter than two weeks, the rental fee is paid in advance, on the day the agreement is signed. For longer agreements we settle monthly, by the 10th of each month, on the basis of an invoice.

What should I do if the rental car breaks down or I have a minor collision?

Report a breakdown to us by phone straight away. In the event of a collision or accident, call the police, take down the details of the driver at fault and their OC insurance policy number, then report the incident to us within 24 hours and follow our instructions.

How is long-term rental different from leasing?

You pay a fixed monthly rate for using the car, and servicing and maintenance are on our side. No commitment for years and no credit check. A long-term rent-to-own option is also available.
