V. Terms of communication and provision of other services on the Website

  • The Website provides services and tools enabling Service Users to interact with the Website in the form of:
  • Contact form
  • Online booking form
  • Submitting the online booking form is a request to rent a vehicle and does not constitute a booking or the conclusion of a rental agreement. A booking becomes binding only once it has been confirmed by the Service Provider by telephone or by e-mail. Until confirmation, the Service Provider does not guarantee the availability of the selected vehicle, date or price.
  • The Website provides contact details in the form of:
  • E-mail address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Where a Service User contacts the Service Provider, the Service User's personal data will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", which forms an integral part of the Terms.

VI. Collection of data about Service Users

In order to provide services properly through the Website, to protect the legitimate interest of the Service Provider and to ensure that the operation of the Website complies with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users through the Website.

In order to provide services properly, the Website stores in the Service User's browser only strictly necessary data: the decision made in the consent banner and the session identifier of the booking panel. Statistical and marketing data are collected only after the relevant consent has been given in the banner (separately: “Statistics” and “Marketing”).

The scope, purposes, method and rules of data processing are set out in the annexes to the Terms: “GDPR Information Notice” and in the “Privacy Policy”, which form an integral part of the Terms.

Statistical data are collected using Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager once consent has been given. These data are pseudonymised: Google assigns a random identifier to the browser, and the Service Provider does not link it to the data provided in the booking.

  • Data collected after consent is given (statistics): For the Website's statistics, after “Accept all” is clicked in the banner, we collect:
  • IP address (Google Analytics 4 does not store the full address)
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Screen resolution and browser language
  • Approximate location (country, city)
  • Subpages opened and time spent on each subpage
  • Referring page address
  • Clicks on the telephone number, e-mail address and social media profiles (with information on where on the page the click took place)
  • Progress of the online booking: entry to the panel, successive steps, selected car model, number of days, quoted amount, selected extras, quotation or submission errors — without the booking number and without the data entered in the form
  • Data collected after “Marketing” consent (when advertising tools are enabled): advertising identifiers and information about offers viewed, for the purposes of Google Ads, remarketing and Meta pixels (Facebook, Instagram); approximate demographic data (age, gender, interests) from Google Signals. Without this consent, advertising tools do not load at all.
  • Data collected during registration: User name, first name and surname, e-mail address. For Service Users who are logged in (who have an account on the Website), an identifier of the Service User linked to the Service User's account may be placed in cookies stored on the Service User's device
  • The Service Provider is the owner of the Website and of the copyright in the Website.
  • Some of the data published on the Website are protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions and third parties not connected in any way with the Service Provider, and are used on the basis of licences obtained or on the basis of a free licence.
  • Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy or reproduce in any form, or to retain in search systems other than the Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn search engines, any articles, descriptions, photographs or any other content, graphic, video or audio materials found on the Website without the written consent of their legal owner or consent given by Electronic Communication.
  • In accordance with the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, simple press information, understood as information alone without comment or assessment by its author, is not protected. The author understands this as permission to use information from texts published on the Website, but not to copy articles in whole or in part unless this has been indicated in the individual material made available on the Website.

VIII. Amendments to the Terms

  • All provisions of the Terms may be amended unilaterally by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
  • Information about amendments to the Terms will be sent by Electronic Communication to Service Users registered on the Website.
  • Where the Terms are amended, their provisions take effect immediately upon publication for Service Users who do not have an account on the Website.
  • Where the Terms are amended, their provisions take effect after a 7-day transitional period for Service Users whose accounts on the Website were registered before the amendment of the Terms.
  • Every Service User who continues to use the Website after the Terms have been amended is deemed to accept them in full.

  • The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Website's services are offered continuously. However, it accepts no liability for disruptions caused by force majeure or by unauthorised interference by Service Users, third parties or external automated programs.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information published on the Website at a time of its choosing, without having to notify the Service Users using the Website's services in advance.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to disable the Website temporarily, wholly or partly, in order to improve it, add services or carry out maintenance, without notifying Service Users in advance.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to disable the Website permanently, without notifying Service Users in advance.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in part or in full, any of its rights and obligations relating to the Website, without the consent of Service Users and without Service Users being able to raise any objection.
