Minibus rental in Rumia – CarsProject
We rent out 9-seater minibuses that you can drive on a category B driving licence. Pick-up at our head office in Gdynia or at the default pick-up point in Rumia, ul. Starowiejska 2.
Minibuses are not an add-on to our car fleet. We have more than 50 of them, so even in the travel season there is usually a choice. Before handover, each one is inspected in our own workshop and cleaned, because the group should get into a clean, well-kept minibus, not a vehicle straight back from the previous trip.
Rumia lies just beyond the Gdynia boundary, and the station in the town centre is served by SKM commuter, regional and long-distance trains. That makes it easy to gather a group: some people arrive by train, the rest get picked up at home. People here hire a minibus for trips with friends to the mountains and the Masurian Lakes, for family celebrations and for taking a team to a competition.

Pick-up and delivery
Minibus pick-up in Rumia or at our head office
The best option is to pick up the minibus at our head office in Gdynia. The default pick-up point in Rumia can be selected in the online booking, and delivery to it is charged extra.
Delivery to another address is arranged by phone. We quote the fee straight away; it depends on the rental period, and for longer rentals we may even deliver the minibus free of charge. We confirm the pick-up time by phone after you submit your booking.
The point in Rumia is by the railway station, at ul. Starowiejska 2, where it is easy to meet the whole group and load the luggage straight away.
The driver can take the SKM commuter train to Gdynia on their own, collect the minibus at our head office and pick up the passengers in Rumia.

Short-term minibus rental
A minibus for a day, a weekend or a week’s holiday. From Rumia, most often for a trip with friends, a family wedding or a sports competition. The price depends on the rental length tier, from one day to 30 days.

Yes, the Renault Trafic III Lift is also available with an automatic gearbox. All our minibuses have 9 seats and can be driven on a category B driving licence.
How much is the deposit for a minibus?
The deposit for a 9-seater minibus is 2,000 PLN. For drivers under 25 it may be twice as high. It can be paid by card, bank transfer or in cash; a deposit paid by card or transfer is refunded within 7 days of returning the minibus.
