Not everyone knows in advance how many days they will need a car – and you do not have to. Our customers extend their rental with a single phone call, sometimes several times in a row, and for longer periods we agree the rate and terms individually, with companies too. For longer rentals we can also deliver the car free of charge, which makes a difference when coming to Gdańsk.
Gdańsk is the largest city in Pomerania, with a port, a shipyard and office buildings spread from Wrzeszcz to Przymorze and Oliwa. From the centre you head out onto the Tricity bypass and along the S7 expressway towards Elbląg and Warsaw, and the other way to Kashubia. A car comes in handy here for sales reps visiting clients, crews coming to work on contracts and people whose own car is waiting to be repaired.

Pick-up and delivery
Car pick-up in Gdańsk or at our head office
The best option is to pick up the car at our head office in Gdynia. The default pick-up point in Gdańsk can be selected in the online booking, and delivery to it is charged extra.
Delivery to another address is arranged by phone. We quote the fee straight away; it depends on the rental period, and for longer rentals we may even deliver the car free of charge. We confirm the pick-up time by phone after you submit your booking.
The pick-up point in Gdańsk is at ul. Podwale Grodzkie 2, the address of Gdańsk Główny station, a few minutes' walk from the Main Town. From Podwale Grodzkie you drive straight along aleja Zwycięstwa and Grunwaldzka through Wrzeszcz towards Oliwa and Sopot.
SKM commuter trains to Gdynia leave from the same station, so you can reach our head office without a car.

Where do I pick up the car in Gdańsk?

How do I get from Gdańsk to the head office in Gdynia?
By car it is about 25 km and roughly 30 minutes' drive. Without a car, the easiest option is the SKM commuter train from Gdańsk Główny station to Gdynia.
Can a company from Gdańsk rent a car for a month with an invoice?
Yes. Long-term rental has a fixed monthly rate, and we issue a VAT invoice for every rental. Rent-to-own is also possible: an agreement for a set period in which the last invoice is the purchase invoice.
How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?
The deposit is 1,000 PLN for most cars, 2,000 PLN for the VW Tiguan and 4,000 PLN for the VW Touareg and the BMW X3 M40i. For drivers under 25 it may be twice as high. It can be paid by card, bank transfer or in cash; a deposit paid by card or transfer is refunded within 7 days of returning the car.
