We rent 9-seater minibuses that you can drive on a category B driving licence. Pick-up at our head office at ul. Krzywoustego 4 in Gdynia or at the default pick-up point by Gdynia Główna station.
Our minibus rental agreement is not a trap full of small print. The rules are balanced: they protect the vehicle and our company, but they do not look for an excuse to charge the driver for a trifle. The terms and conditions are published on the website, so before you book you know what you are paying for and what we expect from the driver.
From Gdynia a group is close to the Tricity bypass, and from there to Kashubia, Gdańsk and southern Poland. The Stena Line terminal on ul. Polska has ferries to Karlskrona, so the minibus takes your crew straight on board. In the city, minibuses are taken for weddings, family reunions, team-building trips and staff transport.

Pick-up and delivery
Minibus pick-up in Gdynia at our head office or in the centre
The best option is to pick up the minibus at our head office in Gdynia. The default pick-up point in Gdynia can be selected in the online booking, and delivery to it is charged extra.
Delivery to another address is arranged by phone. We quote the fee straight away; it depends on the rental period, and for longer rentals we may even deliver the minibus free of charge. We confirm the pick-up time by phone after you submit your booking.
The minibuses are kept at our head office in Chylonia, so after pick-up you drive off without squeezing through the city centre. The driver can get here alone by SKM commuter train to the Gdynia Leszczynki stop and then pick up the group from an agreed place.

How much is the deposit for a minibus?
The deposit for a 9-seater minibus is 2,000 PLN. For drivers under 25 it may be twice as high. It can be paid by card, bank transfer or in cash; a deposit paid by card or transfer is refunded within 7 days of returning the minibus.
