If you book a car before your flight, you want to know all the terms before you board the plane. The price list, deposits and terms are published on the website, and we answer questions by phone before you travel. At pick-up you therefore sign an agreement you already know, with no surprises added at the counter.
Gdańsk Airport welcomes tourists who want to see the Tricity and Kashubia, people working abroad who come home to their families for a few days, and business guests from all over Pomerania. The airport lies in the western part of Gdańsk, near the Tricity bypass, so from the car park you are quickly on your way to Gdynia, Sopot, central Gdańsk or south. Your own car saves you waiting for connections and lets you head straight to places the trains do not reach.

Pick-up and delivery

The best option is to pick up the car at our head office in Gdynia. The default pick-up point at Gdańsk Airport can be selected in the online booking, and delivery to it is charged according to the price list in the booking.
Delivery to another address is arranged by phone. We quote the fee straight away; it depends on the rental period, and for longer rentals we may even deliver the car free of charge. We confirm the pick-up time by phone after you submit your booking.
The airport point is at ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 200, and the same street leads to the junction with the Tricity bypass. We agree the spot by the terminal and the meeting time by phone.
You can get from the airport to our head office in Gdynia without a car, as trains to Gdynia leave from the airport.

How do I get from the airport to the head office in Gdynia?
By car it is about 22 km and roughly 30 minutes’ drive. Without a car, you can take the train from the airport to Gdynia.
Which documents should I have with me when I land?
Your driving licence and an ID card or passport. The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving licence for at least two years. We complete the agreement and the handover within 15 minutes.
How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?
The deposit is 1,000 PLN for most cars, 2,000 PLN for the VW Tiguan and 4,000 PLN for the VW Touareg and the BMW X3 M40i. For drivers under 25 it may be twice as high. It can be paid by card, bank transfer or in cash; a deposit paid by card or transfer is refunded within 7 days of returning the car.
