We rent out 9-seater minibuses that you can drive on a category B driving licence. Pick-up at our head office in Gdynia or at the default pick-up point at Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport, ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 200.
A group landing at a set time needs efficient service, not a queue at a counter. You book the minibus online, and we confirm the date, time and meeting place by phone, together with what to do if the flight is delayed. Years of experience have taught us that this conversation before the trip saves the most stress later on.
Gdańsk Airport sees sports teams, families gathering for weddings and christenings, work crews and groups of friends on a seaside holiday. For nine people, one minibus is simpler than several taxis, and everyone travels together with their luggage. From the airport it is a short way to the Tricity bypass, and from there to Kashubia, Gdynia or Hel.

Pick-up and delivery
Minibus pick-up at Gdańsk Airport or at our head office
The best option is to pick up the minibus at our head office in Gdynia. The default pick-up point at Gdańsk Airport can be selected in the online booking, and delivery to it is charged according to the price list in the booking.
Delivery to another address is arranged by phone. We quote the fee straight away; it depends on the rental period, and for longer rentals we may even deliver the minibus free of charge. We confirm the pick-up time by phone after you submit your booking.
The point at ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 200 is right by the airport, so the group does not have to move anywhere with their suitcases. Once the agreement is signed, you drive out along ul. Słowackiego towards the Tricity bypass.
The driver can also take the train from the airport to Gdynia, collect the minibus and come back for the group.

Yes, after you get in touch by phone. We quote the delivery rate straight away, and for longer rentals we deliver the minibus even free of charge.
How do I get from the airport to the head office in Gdynia?
By car it is about 22 km and roughly 30 minutes’ drive. The driver can also take the train from the airport to Gdynia on their own and then come back with the minibus for the group.
What should we do if the group’s flight is delayed?
Please call 515 405 005, which we answer around the clock. We agree the new handover time by phone. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00, and handover at other times is possible by arrangement, for an extra charge.
How much is the deposit for a minibus?
The deposit for a 9-seater minibus is 2,000 PLN. For drivers under 25 it may be twice as high. It can be paid by card, bank transfer or in cash; a deposit paid by card or transfer is refunded within 7 days of returning the minibus.
