Pick-up and delivery
Car pick-up in Sopot or at our head office
The best option is to pick up the car at our head office in Gdynia. The default pick-up point in Sopot can be selected in the online booking, and delivery to it is charged extra.
Delivery to another address is arranged by phone. We quote the fee straight away; it depends on the rental period, and for longer rentals we may even deliver the car free of charge. We confirm the pick-up time by phone after you submit your booking.
The pick-up point in Sopot is on ul. Kościuszki, a few dozen metres from Sopot SKM station. If you arrive by train, you collect the car as soon as you leave the platform.
From Sopot you can reach our head office in Gdynia by SKM commuter train to the Gdynia Leszczynki stop.

Where do I pick up the car in Sopot?
The default pick-up point in Sopot is at ul. Kościuszki 14, next to the SKM station, and you can select it from the list in the online booking. Delivery to the pick-up point is charged extra, so the best option is to collect the car at our head office in Gdynia, ul. Krzywoustego 4. We confirm the handover time by phone.
Can you deliver the car to my hotel or flat in Sopot?
Yes, once you have contacted us by phone. We quote the delivery fee straight away, and for longer rentals we may even deliver the car free of charge.
How do I get from Sopot to the head office in Gdynia?
By car it is about 10 km and roughly 15 minutes. Without a car, take the SKM commuter train from Sopot station to the Gdynia Leszczynki stop, a few minutes' walk from our head office.
Can I rent a car for my whole stay in Sopot?
Yes. Up to 30 days the price bands from the price list apply, and from 31 days the lowest rate applies, which is negotiable. The car is returned with the same fuel level as when it was handed over.
How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?
The deposit is 1,000 PLN for most cars, 2,000 PLN for the VW Tiguan and 4,000 PLN for the VW Touareg and the BMW X3 M40i. For drivers under 25 it may be twice as high. It can be paid by card, bank transfer or in cash; a deposit paid by card or transfer is refunded within 7 days of returning the car.
